Before submitting your URI TD application:

  • Have you completed the entire Common Application?
    • Did you include your Social Security Number?
    • Did you upload a copy of your Green Card if necessary?
    • Did you write your Short Answer?
    • Did you upload your College Essay?
    • Did you go through every field on the Common Application to check for completeness and correctness?
  • Have you completed the URI Supplement?
    • Did you include your Social Security Number?
    • Did you upload your TD Statement?
    • Did you include a TD Fee Waiver Code?
    • Did you go through every field of the URI Supplement to check for completeness and correctness?
  • Have you saved all of your teacher recommenders to URI in the School Forms section? This is different from simply linking them to your Common Application. To do this, go to the School Forms section, click on URI, scroll down, click Add Recommendation, select the first teacher from the list, click Add Recommendation again, select the second teacher from the list, and click Save.
  • Have you selected Other Fee Waiver Request in the Payments section for URI? This indicates to the Admissions Office that they should consult your URI Supplement for your TD Fee Waiver Code. To do this, go to the Payments section, click on URI, scroll down, select Other Fee Waiver Request as your payment method, and click Continue.
